DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with FSM National Government and State Governments on Compact Infrastructure matters; Improve coordination and production of Compact Infrastructure related reports and other information; Assist FSM National government and States in preparing annual Infrastructure implementation plan for submission to the United States Government; Assist in consolidating Compact Infrastructure Budget for the FSM Government and State Governments; Assist with the FSM National Government and State Governments for effective and efficient use of Compact funds towards the Infrastructure Sector under the Amended Compact; Assist all government in developing the next annual budget for Infrastructure to be able to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives; Assist all government in measuring progress of the Compact Infrastructure funded programs; Maintain and update a database of JEMCO resolution, Compact Grant awards, quarterly reports, and all other Compact related documents; Reconcile with FSM National government, State government and US government on expenditures of Compact Infrastructure grants; Perform other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field plus (4) years of work experience in management Compact Fund program, US Federal Program or related experience.
