This is the minimum rate at step one of the grade.  Higher rates may be authorized in cases of hard-to-fill positions where it is appropriate to the qualification of the appointee.

DUTIES (ILLUSTRATION ONLY):
Installation and maintenance of hardware and software; maintenance of Internal Network; carrying out regular inventory and surveying non repairable equipment; install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes; lead  desktop and helpdesk support efforts, make sure all desktop applications, workstation, and related equipment problems are resolved in an timely manner with limited disruption; responsible for capacity, storage planning, and data performance, maintaining BMS (Border Management System); perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Bachelor degree in Computer Information System or related field plus 3 to 5 years of work experience in related field.
