This is the minimum rate at step one of the grade.  Higher rates may be authorized in cases of hard-to-fill positions where it is appropriate to the qualification of the appointee.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation and maintenance of hardware and software, maintenance of internal network, carrying our regular inventory and surveying non repairable office equipment’s, develop and update of ICT Manuel; maintenance of ICT support log; provides technical support for ICT related issues in the office as well as the Statistics Filed Offices; maintains and updates the office websites; liaises with date producers and users with respect to ICT support and services; ensure ICT protocols for data confidentially are in place for the use and handling of requests for Statistical data; and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
Graduation from a two years college with a degree in Computer science or related field plus two (2) years’ experience in computer system and information technology or equivalent.
