DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Human Rights and Social Development Coordinator oversees programs, policies, and services that protect and promote human rights, focusing on improving quality life through policy development, advocacy, and program management. This role involves coordinating services across legal, social, health, and educational sectors, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with state, national, and international human rights standards. The coordinator manages budgets, secure funding, and handles financial reporting, including grant applications and official reporting requirements. They collaborate with government agencies, nonprofits, and community needs. Additionally, the coordinator supervises staff development, conduct public outreach, and promotes awareness of human rights resources, using data analysis to adjust programs based on social and demographics trends. The position will ensure that human rights services are accessible, effective, and aligned with national priorities to ensure inclusion, equity, and qualify of life for all.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor Degree in Human Rights, Social Work, Social Science, or related field of study plus at least six (6) years of experience in Human Rights and Social development or related field.
