This is the minimum rate at step one of the grade.  Higher rates may be authorized in cases of hard-to-fill positions where it is appropriate to the qualification of the appointee.

DUTIES (ILLUSTRATION ONLY):
Conduct consumer compliance examination on banks records and operations to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations, laws and prudential standards; Review, analyze and evaluate risk management practices, policies and procedures and provide guidance and corrective recommendations; Off-site compilation, research review, analysis, monitoring, and reporting; Conduct periodic on-site examinations, prepare report, guidance and recommendation for the examined bank; investigate complaints or concerns involving banking laws, regulations and policies; Conduct research and studies on bank operations and develop risk management strategies; Conduct research and studies on bank operations and develop risk management strategies; Drafting guideline and manual for on-site examination; Drafting guideline and manuals for off-site function; Assist and perform other duties as needed from time to time.

Qualification Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in banking, finance, economics, business or related field plus 4 to 5 years of work experience in related fields.
